If you have a sweet tooth like me, then you will absolutely love this recipe for banana-nut bread! I love that this recipe is quick and easy to make. Even if you are not a baker, this recipe is so simple and easy that it won’t even feel like baking! All you have to do is whisk all the ingredients together, throw it in pan and bake it. AKA super easy!

I work with a lot of clients who struggle with their sugar intake, specifically they crave refined sugar-rich foods. I totally understand the desire to have something sweet every now and then, but it is important to keep in mind that processed foods contain chemicals that are truly harmful to the body. I always urge my clients to focus on fruits and natural sugars, this can help diminish the sugar cravings and help avoid sugar binges.

Natural sugars are the way to go, focus on using honey or organic maple syrup when baking. I used honey in this recipe and it does not change the taste of the recipe at all (in my opinion it makes it better).

Also remember, fruit is a great way to get some sugar in your life! Focus on having some sweet fruit when you are craving sugar! Natural sugar all the way!

-1 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract

-1/2 teaspoon of salt
