In this section of my blog, I am going to share some easy nutrition tips and wellness practices that I perform on a day to day basis. These posts may include eating habits I practice, books I am reading or little facts or tips I have come across through my education, family or reading.

I thought I would share one of the book’s I am currently reading. The book is called “How to Win Friends & Influence People” by Dale Carnegie. This book was originally published in the late 1930’s, which is why it is crazy that it has taken me this long to pick it up and read it.

I am currently obsessed with this book, because it truly has helped me take a step back and evaluate the decisions I have made and the types practices I need to incorporate into my life. These practices will hopefully build a better social and work environment for myself. I sometimes struggled with finding the confidence to speak up about ideas I believe in or support; this book continues to provide me with methods on how to communicate properly with people every day. 

If you are looking for some inspiration or ideas on how to work and communicate with people effectively…this is a go to book!
