During the initial 90 minute meeting, I will ask detailed questions regarding the completed intake form, completed three-day dietary journal, review any labs, discuss desired health and nutrition goals. Following this initial meeting, I will create an individualized nutrition plan best suited for you and your health goals. The plan will be provided at a second meeting. *This second meeting is included in the initial meeting cost.
