Pumpkin-Pie Smoothie
Recipe #3 coming at ya on this fine Tuesday—was craving pumpkin this morning (obviously) so I decided to make a pumpkin smoothie…and I must say it was a fun way to start my morning!
I was initially a little nervous about this recipe, because a pumpkin pie smoothie sounds a little strange—but it is super yum!
I love getting to experiment with new flavors and experimenting with pumpkin is turning out to be really fun! Who knew you could make so many different things with it?! I still have more and honestly each recipe surprises me more!
Ingredients:
-2/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup of soy or almond milk
-1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
-2 teaspoons of almond butter or peanut butter
-2/3 cup of canned pumpkin
-ice
-cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to blender and mix!
